More Help Has Come!

work-site-013

I know, I know! It’ s been a long time since you’ve heard from us!

A work team arrived from Detroit, Michigan on the 30th of October. There are 11 of them here to help with the building project. They will be here a total of 2 weeks. It is a nice team, and they have been very helpful.  We begin the day with devotions, which Jason is leading on Wednesdays, and then they have breakfast before they head off for work. They arrive home sometime around 6:00 and then we have dinner and an end of the day wrap up. The people at the Malmesbury church are taking turns providing their lunch and doing the laundry.  Diane and I have been busy preparing their breakfast and dinners.

The building is coming along well. The paint is on the interior walls and the doors are hung. The construction here at the camp should begin soon as well. There will be a lot going on once that starts!

More soon,

Stacy

Jason…..what’s up with this?? Actually looks like legitimate scaffolding?? Can it be??! Hope you’re keeping a tight control on jobsite safety so no one gets hurt! You’re in a position to know what to do so that should be very helpful to them. Sounds like this building is just about in the bag….on to the next one! Is Chandler working on the projects still??

    Up and away!!
